The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dobhi P.S. Case No. 276 of 2025, instituted for the offences under Sections 109, 303(2), 126(2), 115, 352, 118(1), 117, 74, 76, 3(5) of the BNS and later on added Section 103(1) of the BNS.

Prosecution story, in brief, is that on 13.10.2025, at about 3.00 pm, ANMMCH, Gaya Trauma Center one Mungia Devi gave her fardbeyan that on 11.10.2025 at 4.00 pm, when she was at home, all the named accused persons came armed with lathi, danda and assaulted to daughter-in-law of the

informant Anita Devi and grand-son Vikash Yadav and threatened him to kill for land dispute. Further, accused namely, Lakhan Yadav, Laxman Yadav and Siyaram Yadav prohibited them from keeping bricks on his land otherwise to face dire consequences and they outrage the modesty of Anita Devi and assaulted her severely on her stomach, back and other parts of the body resultantly she oozes blood from her private parts when Vikash Yadav went to save her mother then Laxman Yadav Sprinkle chilly powder in his eyes and accused Vikram Kumar also did the same. In the meantime, accused Lakhan Yadav also assaulted Devki Devi due to which she got injured and when informant went to save them then petitioner with lathi, co-accused Laxman Yadav with rod, co-accused Lakhan Yadav with danda assaulted the informant and Anita Devi due to which informant received injury on her leg, hand, head, waist and back. Thereafter, Laxman Yadav, and his wife snatched Mangal Sutra of Anita Devi and Devki Devi. Thereafter all injured were treated at hospital.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the trial of the case is at the fag end and only want to be heard.

Having heard the parties and considering the fair submission of the Senior counsel for the petitioner that the trial is at the fag end, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.
