1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned

A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, Sri Sumit Kumar Bhagat.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 308(2) 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, Sri Sumit Kumar Bhagat, submits that vakalatnama would be filed during course of the day in the Registry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that land was settled by the government in the name of his

mother, further on 10-9-2025 at 8 am, the named accused persons including the petitioner along with 20-25 unknown accused were constructing a house on the land in dispute, on objection the accused demanded extortion of Rs. 5 lakh, further on orders of Md. Manjoor, the accused persons assaulted him and Md. Muzlim assaulted his sister by sword causing injury on head and took away a box containing cash, papers and jewellery.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place, but then as far as petitioner is concerned, no specific allegation is alleged against him rather allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature, though specific allegation of assaulting the sister of the informant is against Md. Muzlim.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the

event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 411 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
