No. 5489/2020.”

The contention of the petitioners are that the prayer was relating to the civil court employees, Begusarai but on the date (22.03.2022), as the matter related to education cases were assigned to the concerned Bench, the same were disposed of directing them to approach the District Appellate/State Appellate Authority.

Ms. Anukriti Jaipuriyar, learned counsel is representing the Patna High Court and she is in agreement with the submission put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Even according to her, erroneously, the matter was disposed of with a direction to approach the Appellate Authority.
