This Court has gone through the Writ Court’s order as also the submission of learned State Counsel. It is a case of civil dispute and the Writ Court rightly directed the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.

Certainly, the present review petition is misuse of the process of law. However, since there is no appearance, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
