which the Anchal Adhikari has recognized Bataidari right of the private respondents all payment of 24 times rent to the land owner as contained in Annexure: to this writ application. B) For issuance of appropriate writ, order and direction restraining the respondent no. 5 to 10 hand over the peaceful possession of the land to the petitioner and also to allow the petitioner to cultivate the land as its rightful owner.

C) For issuance of appropriate writ, order and direction, directing the respondent authorities to accept rent of the land and also issue rent receipts to the petitioner.
