against opposite parties for their willful violation of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated-08/04/2024 passed in CWJC No. 7159/2019 passed by this Court and further a prayer is being made that after holding them guilty of the contempt of the court your lordships may be pleased to award appropriate punishment to the contemnors for their non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court, and/or any other order/orders may be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Mr. Gaurav Govinda has provided the order dated 12.12.2025 in MJC No. 171 of 2025 (Badri Nath Singh vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) to show that the present case was heard alongwith Badri Nath Singh vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. and subsequently, the National Highways Authority of India has already taken steps and filed Arbitration Case No. 768 of 2025.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the NHAI and since the Arbitration Case No.768 of 2025 is pending before appropriate authority/Arbitrator, the MJC No. 165 of 2025 is disposed of
