I. To direct the Respondents to renew the license of the petitioners saw mill and further direct the respondents to accept renewal fee as well as to accept monthly/annual statement on the ground that the petitioners are running & operating the saw mills under valid power of attorney holders to do the same since long.
II. To direct the respondents to treat the licenses valid and operative by accepting the fee whatsoever required for the established saw pit and further to renew the licenses upon the name of the petitioners after taking appropriate fee for operating the Saw Mill smoothly & paying the tax to the Govt. Treasury.
III. Any other relief or reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
