on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Priyadarshni Matri Sharan, learned AC to AAG 15 for the State.

The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ

petition has sought, inter alia , the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:-

“i. For issuance of a writ, in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order/ orders or direction quash or set aside the letter no. 1422 dated22.10.2019 issued by to the Director, Primary Education (Respondent no.3) to all the District Education Officer, Bihar,

whereby and where under it has been directed to take action and inform the same with regard to those untrained teachers who are working on the post after 31.03.2019 as earlier directed.

ii. Further, for issuance of a nature of writ in the certiorari or any other appropriate writ order/ orders or direction to quash the letter no. 978 dated-13.11.2020 issued by the Director, Primary Education Government of Bihar, Patna Whereby and whereunder all the District Education Officer have been directed to take action against those teachers who have not completed their teacher Training Course till 31st March, 2019.

iii. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate direction writ order/ orders to quash/set or -aside the letter no.5785, dated-23.11.2020 issued by the District Programme Officer, Samastipur (Respondent no.5) to all the Block Education Officer of the District Samastipur, whereby and whereunder it has been ordered/directed to stop the salary with immediate effect of those teachers who have not completed their teacher training Course till 31st March 2020 and take action with regard to removal of those untrained teachers working at Government Schools through their employment units.

iv. And pending disposal of the writ application respondents be directed not to disturb the petitioner from discharging his duty in his school. And/or

v. For any other order/orders which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

In view of the information contained in para 6(x)

of the supplementary counter affidavit, filed on behalf of respondent no.6, the petitioner, if so advised, may file detailed representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar for consideration of his grievance, in accordance with the direction

contained in LPA No.748 of 2022, however, the same will subject to the final outcome of the order passed by the Apex Court in SLP (C) No. 10872-10848 of 2024 (Md. Tanzim Reza & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors.), which has been preferred against the aforesaid LPA.

Accordingly, the present writ application stands
