The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:-

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing

the to Respondent Authorities restrain the private Respondent from interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioner in the land bearing Khesra No. 738, Khata No.183, Thana No.58 measuring an area 26 decimals and other lands situated in Husaina Bujurg, Anchal- Bhagwanpur, District - Vaishali at Hajipur and other lands, which the petitioner had got through his father namely Late Raghunath Singh, since the petitioner is only daughter of his parent and after his death, the petitioner became in peaceful possession over the land.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities particularly the Respondent Authorities to protect the life and property of the petitioner being the senior citizen in view of the provisions as contemplated under Rule 21 and 22 of the Bihar Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2012.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ / writs, order/orders direction/ directions for which the writ petitioner would be entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

The District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to dispose of the representation, filed by the petitioner, as early as possible in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.

With these observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
