order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 08.10.2021 passed by respondent no.1 i.e. the Chairman Bihar Religious Trust Board, Bihar at Patna in which complaint filed a complainant before respondent no. 1.

As the aforesaid order has been passed on wrong grounds without complying the principle of natural Justice.
(ii) Further for staying the order dated 08.10.2021 passed by respondent no.1 in which presently Mahavir Religious Committee Kuraich, Sasaram extended for 2 years.
