At the outset, Mr. Manish Kumar No. 13, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits at the Bar that the challenge in the present writ petition was made to very initiation of the departmental proceeding; however, during the pendency of the writ petition departmental proceeding concluded with minor punishment.

Learned Advocate for the State submits that if the petitioner is anyhow aggrieved with the order passed in the departmental proceeding, he may have the remedy to file an appeal or avail any other remedy available under the law.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
