Municipal Survey in the name of state of Bihar is wrong and the survey superintendent Gaya, correct the record of directed to right in the name of petitioner.
ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ order, direction to the respondents that the order dated passed in Case No. an 15.06.10 149/10 by Superintendent of Survey Gaya has it has not been become final got set aside till date hence taking further action in respect of challenged higher court or by non legal order to make correction in the record of right is the negligence of the duty of the respondents.
iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ order direction granting any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled.
