(ii) for direction to the respondents to make payment of adequate Compensation amount of acquired land of petitioner for the purpose of widening and Construction of Saksohara Harnaut road after re-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be pursuing the remedy before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (respondent no.4) with regard to his grievance.

In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent as recorded above.
