2. Mr. Navin Nikunj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Ramadhar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents are present and they are heard.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that despite repeated applications the respondent no.4 to 6 have not taken step for making necessary correction /rectification in Jamabandi no. 315 standing in the name of the petitioner's father with regard to the petitioner's father's land pertaining to Plot no. 1525 and 1526 under Khata No. 196, Mauza- Purabari Telpa, situated in Anchal- Chapra Sadar, District- Saran, and the ground for rectification in Jamabandi have been clearly mentioned in the Annexure- P/3 and P/4 and relevant documents have also been filed along with application even then no action has been taken by the Circle Officer, Chapra Sadar, Saran and the Annexure- 3 is pending since 18.01.2025.

4. Mr. Ramadhar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that the respondent no.6 (Circle Officer Chapra Sadar, Saran) may be directed to decide the petitioner's application (Annexure-3) at the earliest or petitioner

may be directed to file a fresh representation.

Considering the aforesaid submission and having gone through the averments made in this petition, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.6 with regard to his grievance with all relevant documents in the next four weeks. Upon filing the fresh representation the respondent no.6 (Circle Officer Chapra Sadar, Saran) shall take legal action as per the provisions of law for redressing the petitioner's grievance within six weeks from the date of filing of the fresh representation.
