The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed representation dated 06.12.2024 before the Municipal Commissiosser, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna which is annexed as Annexure P/1 to the writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

Taking into account the formal nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose of the representation dated 06.12.2024 of the petitioner (Annexure P/1) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of five months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
