Criminal Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 2594 of 2025 (Patna High Court, Arun Kumar Jha, J., order dated 04-12-2025). The petitioner, informant of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 535 of 2022 (FIR lodged 01.09.2022), complained that no proper investigation had been made and no charge sheet submitted. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking

direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai to dispose of the petition dated 31.01.2024 and 17.08.2024 in the light of the order dated 09.09.2022 passed by this Court in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 and further prayer to direct respondent nos. 2-7 to conduct fair and impartial investigation of the case and submit charge sheet after completing the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner lodged the FIR of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 535 of 2022 on 01.09.2022 and till date no proper investigation has been made and no charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner moved before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate by filing application on 31.01.2024 and 17.08.2024 seeking direction against the respondent nos. 6 and 7 for proper investigation of the matter and for submission of charge sheet.

Since the petitioner approached this Court with the limited prayer for disposal of his application in the light of orders of this Court passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai is directed to dispose of the application in accordance with law at the earliest and preferably within two months of the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands

allowed.
