This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent authorities to institute an F.I.R. against the private respondents who have fraudulently committed theft the documents of houses situated at Hussechapra and Haridwar and other lands of petitioner's cousin grandmother namely Kamla Devi.
