Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

APP for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 340(2) of B.N.S., 2023 as well as Sections 67 and 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of uploading obscene photographs and videos of the informant on Facebook.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is false, baseless and concocted. It is also submitted that the informant of this case is in habit of lodging false cases against the petitioner and claiming herself to be the cousin sister of the petitioner. It is

further submitted that earlier also the informant has filed cases against the petitioner being Cyber P.S. Case No.39 of 2023 and Cyber P.S. Case No.96 of 2023 regarding same nature of offence.
