been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 04.08.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 1196 of 2023, arising out of Complaint Case No. 63 of 2023 by the learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnia.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
