No.2 Santosh Paswan @ Santosh Kumar vide order dated 26.03.2019 passed by a coordinate Bench of the Court in Cr. Misc. No.3539 of 2019 (Complaint Case No.484 of 2018). Counsel submitted that despite the petitioner's petition dated 06.07.2019 alleging non-compliance by O.P. No.2, the learned trial court had passed no order confirming the provisional bail. Counsel prayed that the case be disposed of with liberty to file a further application giving details of O.P. No.2's conduct; the A.P.P. had no objection. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for

cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 26.03.2019 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.3539 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No.484 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view order dated 26.03.2019 petitioner had earlier filed a petition dated 06.07.2019 stating that O.P. No.2 is not complying the order of this Court but no order has been passed confirming provisional bail till date by the learned trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file further application giving details with respect to the conduct of O.P. No.2.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
