deceased having no concerned with the affairs of the couple. She is under custody since 27.08.2024. The petitioner has been made accused merely because she is mother of the husband of the deceased. It has also been submitted that, admittedly, the marriage was solemnized in the year 2020 and the deceased died in the year 2024. The deceased had a male child from wedlock of the couple. As such, the allegation of demand of dowry is a false allegation.
