APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-334(2), 303(2), 317(2), 305 / 34 of B.N.S.

Allegedly, the gold chain and locket of the Goddess Durga was stolen away by the petitioner and one another.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. His name has figured in confessional statement of coaccused Rahul Kumar. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is under custody since 19-09-2024.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
