Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant cancellation application has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by an order dated 12.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.77881 of 2023. It is submitted that after filing of the instant application, the opposite party no.2 started paying the amount of maintenance and has cleared all the dues except Rs.10,000/- which was awarded by the learned D.V. Court towards the cost of litigation.
