Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well

as learned APP for the State.

Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 65356 of 2024, with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself after three months of this order.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that more than three months have already been elapsed. The petitioner is under custody since 10.07.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special
