As per prosecution case, petitioner along with co-

accused have variously armed assaulted the informant and his family members and took away one Saurav.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 36990 of 2015, 39512 of 2015, 31580 of 2015, 40934 of 2015, 58020 of 2015, 40326 of 2015, 17344 of 2015 and 33679 of 2015. It is submitted that petitioner, namely, Amrendra Kumar is in custody since 29.05.2025 and petitioner, namely, Dhamendra @ Dharmendra @ Amrendra Paswan is in custody since17.04.2025 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case various co-accused have already granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014.
