2 . The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section(s) 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3(i)(4), 3(i)(w)(i), 3(2)(va) and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of taking away the minor daughter of the informant.

4 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025.

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6 . From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 BNSS it appears that the victim girl eloped with the petitioner and got married to him.

7 . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8 . Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, West
