The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 08.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48587 of 2025 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025, the petitioner could not release from the judicial custody.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph ‘14’ as well as in the prayer portion of the petition, it has inadvertently been typed as “Learned CJM Gaya” instead of “Learned CJM, Nawada”.
