Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned A.P.P. for the State.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith Raushan Rai are alleged to have jumped on the body of the deceased till he died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025.

Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant are vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that from perusal of postmortem report it reveals that deceased has died due to injury on chest.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
