counsel are that the instant matter relates to the trafficking of five cows and two calves by a pick-up van in a cruel manner and as per the allegation, the petitioner was found present in the

alleged vehicle when it was intercepted by the police, in fact, the petitioner was present in the said vehicle as a labourer having been hired by the co-accused Satyendra Yadav, who had purchased that animals from weekly cattle market at Narbatpur, Chousa, Buxar for the purpose of unloading the loaded animals and the petitioner was thus present in the vehicle bonafidely. It is further submitted that even if the prosecution's allegation is believed then the main accused is Satyendra Yadav who has been granted anticipatory bail by the Additional Sessions Judge V, Danapur whereas the petitioner's prayer for regular bail has been rejected. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has clean past history, has never been involved in such type of alleged occurrences in the past, has been languishing in jail since 15.05.2025 and the investigation against him has been completed.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, his custody period, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, be enlarged on bail in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 340 of

2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
