petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is submitted that from the report of the learned trial court, it transpires that charge has been framed. It has also been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that another co-accused, namely, Shivam Kumar, whose bail petition was also rejected with same observation, has been granted bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No.47530 of 2025. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.07.2024.
