This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the

bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2010 in Cr. Misc. No. 15223 of 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is arrear of amount to be paid by the O.P. No. 2 to the petitioner and thus it is considered to have not complied the order of this Court dated 01.02.2012 in Cr. Misc. No. 18026 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 submits that O.P. No. 2 is making the payment to the petitioner in accordance with the order passed by this Court, however, if there is any arrear of amount, the O.P. No. 2 undertakes to make the payment of the arrear amount within two months and continue to comply with the order of this Court.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the facts and circumstances, this case may be disposed of.
