The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 vide order dated 20.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6581 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 has not paid the interim maintenance amount since about seven months.
