As per prosecution case, on 14.03.2025 at about 4 PM, son of the informant went out with petitioner, namely, Dinesh Kumar Ram on motorcycle and thereafter, at 9 PM, coaccused Munto Kumar Ram along with other accused persons dropped his son back at the door from Wagon-R car in unconscious condition and escaped. When informant took his son to the hospital for treatment, he was declared dead. Informant suspects that these petitioners killed his son by administering poison.

Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
