Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for

the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) , 32 ( b ) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018 .

3 . It is alleged that 1329.840 liters of foreign liquor

was recovered from seized truck .

It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature .
