2.The accused/petitioner is named in complaint

petition and apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2476 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 498A, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

As per complaint, the petitioner alongwith family members committed cruelty upon complainant, whereafter inquiry learned trial court took cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 498A of IPC against accused persons including petitioner who is husband.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner that matter now compromised between the parties.

It is submitted that in support of compromise supplementary affidavit dated 12.11.2025 is already filed, which now available on record.
