It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated with present case only on the basis of suspicion

arising out of the fact that one similar nature of case was

already registered against him as Singhia P.S. Case No. 71/2024. It is submitted that from the seizure list, it can be gathered that recovery of country made pistol prima facie appears doubtful from conscious physical possession of petitioner.

While concluding argument, it is submitted that investigation of this case is already completed, charge-sheet has been submitted and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances as mentioned above and by taking note of the nature of accusation, where investigation of this case is already completed, coupled with the fact that petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2025, accordingly, above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1^st Class, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with
