Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1085(C) of 2023 registered under Sections 420 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has jointly been submitted that the matter has been compromised and as per terms and conditions of the compromise petition, the petitioner has to pay Rs. 9,05000/- in two installments: The first installment of Rs. 3,50,000/- has to be paid on or before the end of second week of November, 2025 whereas the second installment of Rs. 5,55,000/- has to be paid
