“for setting aside the order dated 30.8.2022 passed in Complaint Case No. 71/2022 (arising out of Protest cum Complaint petition in Saran S.T/S.C P.S Case No. 45/2020) by which learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Saran took cognizance under Section 323 of the I.P.C. and 3(i)(r) of the S.T/S.C (POA) Act and have issued Summons to the appellants.”
