No. 11/23, CIS 107/21 whereby and whereunder while on 10.01.2023 the learned Special Court has taken cognizance for the offences u/s 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3 (1) (a) (r) (s), 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST Act against the appellants and thereafter on 18.03.2024 the learned Special Court has framed charges against the appellants u/s 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of I.P.C. and Section 3 (i) (r) (s) and 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST Act without considering the fact that no case under any penal section including SC/ST Act is made out against the appellants.”
