Though with the consent of the parties, the Court wanted to take up the appeal and the Interlocutory Application together as the parties have appeared, learned counsel for the appellants submits that they will be taking extra mile to see to it that the long pending dispute between both the appellants and respondents (informant) comes to an end, in that background, he for the present, prays for the withdrawal of the appeal to explore other avenues that may give peace of mind to both the parties.
