Heard learned senior counsel for the appellant, the

learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned Special P. P. for the State.

The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that the appellant had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.50921 of 2024 and the same was rejected by an order dated 31.08.2024 (Annexure-1 to the regular bail application).

The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that appellant has remained in judicial custody for nearly one year and it is an admitted fact that appellant was not present at the place of occurrence rather was

in judicial custody on the date of occurrence. It is next submitted that the role of the appellant during the course of investigation transpired as conspirator.

The Court while rejecting the bail application of the appellant by order dated 31.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.50921 of 2024 had recorded a detailed order, as such, the Court is not inclined to release the appellant on bail for the present.

The instant appeal is rejected accordingly.
