Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University and learned AC to SC-4 for the State.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the instant writ application is squarely covered by judgment dated 06.02.2025 passed in CWJC No.1981 of 2025 (Ashok Kumar and others vs. The State of Bihar and others).

The learned counsel for the petitioner thus submits

that petitioner would be satisfied, in the event, if the writ application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed in CWJC No.1981 of 2025.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University does not object to the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, but submits that petitioner will have to file a detailed representation in terms of the order dated 06.02.2025 in CWJC No.1981 of 2025 before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, so that the matter is examined by the Registrar, Magadh University as to whether the case of the petitioner is covered by judgment dated 06.02.2025 in CWJC No.1981 of 2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not object to the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and without going into the merits of the case, the writ application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 06.02.2025 in CWJC No.1981 of 2025 with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Magadh University on or before 30.04.2025, in terms of the order dated 06.02.2025 in CWJC No.1981 of 2025, in the event,

if the Registrar, Magadh University comes to a conclusion that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgment, in that event, the petitioner shall also be entitled for the same treatment.

The Court expects that the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of by the Registrar of the University within a period of one month from the date of its filing.
