Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is confining his prayer only to the expeditious disposal of the Maintenance Case No. 159 of 2016 pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara relinquishing the other prayers made in this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is at the stage of recording of evidence of the petitioners in the learned trial court and the learned trial court may be directed to dispose of the matter in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent agrees to disposal of the case within shortest time period.

Since, the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the expeditious disposal of the Maintenance Case No. 159 of 2016, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to dispose of the matter within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Till the disposal of the maintenance case the petitioner would continue to make the payment of the amount of Rs.12,000/- in terms of orders of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 23.08.2018 in the account of the respondent i.e. Central Bank of India, Bank Account No.- 3368575458, IFSC Code-CBIN0283838.

With the aforesaid directions, the appeal of the petitioner stands disposed of.
