The present writ petition has been filed

seeking the following relief:-

“1.For passing a writ in nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to remove encroachment over the land bearing Khata No. 49, Khesara No. 232, Area 2 Katha 17 dhur the Gairmazarua Aam (Dharmsthal), of Mauza Bathna, Kuchaikot Gopalganj encroached by the respondent no. 5 in spite of orders dated 18-12-17 and 16-4-23 passed by the District Public Redressal Grievance Authority, Gopalganj.”

petitioner submits that the respondent no. 5 has filed a title suit bearing Title Suit No. 296 of 2022, which is pending adjudication, before the learned Court of Sub-Judge-VII, Gopalganj, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to appraoch the learned Court of Sub-Judge-VII, Gopalganj for agitating his grievances, in accordance with law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
