Professor in the College in question from July 1999 and directing the respondents to grant concurrence of the service of the petitioner from July 1999 for all purposes.

In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 4, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor shall pass an order within two months in accordance with law in any such representation filed by of the petitioner.
