The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

(1) For a direction to the respondents for payment of salary for the period from 01.08.2004 to 21.09.2004, amounting to Rs.18,899/-.

(II) For a direction to the respondents for payment

arising out of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) scheme, which has already been sanctioned to the petitioner since 30.10.2004.

(III) For a direction to the respondents for Payment of Rs.39,780/- which is due to the petitioner for attending a training programme for District Resource Person (D.R.P.) for the period 14.12.2009 to 04.03.2010 (60 days) as well as payment of Rs.12,000/- which is due to the petitioner for giving training to the panchayat secretary for the period from 18.06.2010 to 07.07.2010 (24 days).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for grant of the relief, he has filed representation before the Secretary, Directorate Panchayati Raj, Bihar, Patna but till date, no order has been passed.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation.

In this background, this Court hereby grants liberty to the petitioner that he shall file fresh representation before the Secretary, Directorate Panchayati Raj, Bihar, Patna within 30 days from today and the Secretary, Directorate Panchayati Raj, Bihar, Patna is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days
