petitioner, Mr. Vindhyachal Rai representing Darbhanga Municipal Corporation, Mr. Abhinav Srivastava learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 7-14, Mr. Padmanabh Kashyap, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent No. 15, as also Mr. Bindeshwari Pd. Mandal learned AC to GA-3.

2. The present writ petition has been preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction quashing the letter No. 1189, dated 31/01/2020, issued by Respondent No. 2 and to restrain Respondent authorities to recover the amount mentioned in said letter by filing a certificate case in facts and circumstances of the case and to grant any other suitable relief/ reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law.

Mr. Jagnnath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, since an order has been passed against the respondent Nos. 7-15, in the certificate proceeding, this case has become infructuous. However, he may be granted liberty to agitate the matter if the situation so arise.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
