The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-

"1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the Aam Sabha held on 15.10.2023 in Gram Panchayat Barahi Anandpura thereby Mukhiya and the Panchayat Secretary in Collusion with the Respondent No 05 selected the Respondent no.8 on the post of Panchayat cleanliness supervisor illegally and

without complying with the eligibility requirements as contained in Block Panchayat Office Barahi Anandpura letter no.1/ सपत्र dated 02.01.2024 issued by the Public information officer cum-aforesaid Panchayt Secretary and such collusion has been reported by the Labour Enforcement Officer Udakishunganj as contained in Annexure-P/9 Series.

ii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding, directing or ordering the respondents to select this petitioner on the aforesaid post."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the District Magistrate, Madhepura for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
