following relief(s):-
“ 1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the Respondents to give effect to the merit list/panel prepared against the advertisement issued by the Department of Labour Resources, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for preparation of panel of Part Time/Guest Instructors by appointing the Petitioners, whose names are figuring in the aforesaid panel under Category -C since 2019 itself.
(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the Respondents concerned to effectuate the aforesaid panel with retrospective effect giving the Petitioners all consequential benefits specially in view of the fact that the aforesaid panel still exist and the vacancies against which the said panel was prepared are not filled till date by way of permanent employment, contractual employment or in any other way. ”

seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
