Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide Memo No. 4579, dated 28.11.2023, the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed insofar as their posting is concerned.

However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

the financial benefits have not been given at par with the financial benefits given to the similarly situated teachers.

In view of the above, learned counsel prays that this writ application be disposed with liberty to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani, for grant of monetary/financial benefits.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Regards being had to the submission advanced by learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani for redressal of their remaining grievances, within a period of one month from today.

It is made clear that if such a representation is filed by the petitioners, the District Programme Officer (Establishment) is directed to dispose the same with a reasoned order and in accordance with law, within a further period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the representation.
